The SDKs inside your app connects to the GL Strings cloud content distribution system every time the app starts to check for translation updates.
The current status of your translation is continuously saved in the GL Strings Settings File on the Dashboard. Inside the app, the SDK checks the GL Strings Settings File for translations first, so offline users of your app integrated with GL Strings will also be able to enjoy the same localized content as online users.
Therefore, even though GL Strings can update changes to your translations over-the-air in the background, we recommend to include the latest version of the Settings File whenever you upload a new version to the appstores.
